Laurel blanco (Cordia alliodora), also known as freijo, is a type of tropical hardwood with a medium-hard, medium-heavy wood. It's characterized by a light yellowish to medium brown heartwood, sometimes with darker streaks. The wood is easy to work with, glues well, and takes stains and finishes nicely.
