African Mahogany is known for its rich reddish-brown tones and smooth, straight grain, making it both easy to work with and beautiful to display. This durable hardwood is a favorite for cutting boards, butcher blocks, and kitchen projects because of its strength and timeless appearance.

Each blank is 1-3/4" thick x 1" wide x 26" long (dimensions may vary by +/- 1/4") and has been kiln-dried and surfaced on all four sides. That means it’s ready for glue-up right out of the box, with no sanding or milling required.

Use African Mahogany on its own for a warm, traditional look, or mix it with lighter species like maple from our cutting board wood packs to create custom patterns with contrast.
